Tips to Maintain Website Compliance

One avenue of technology that many agents make use of of is the ability to create a unique and personal website. This can be an excellent tool for an insurance agent; however, it is important to be mindful of maintaining website compliance. Below are some tips and tricks to assist with creating a compliant website.
-The term “free” must not be used to describe benefits or services.
-The term “senior” must not be used when describing enrollment eligibility.
-The term “entitled” must only be used when referencing Part A.
